Paper

Though I am sometimes embarrassingly slow at writing thank you notes (apologies!), I do love paper products.  The beautiful envelope linings.  The wide array of font options.  The delicious colors.  Mmmm.  So, when it came time to designing our wedding invitations, I was excited for the task!  I turned to the fabulous Little Miss Press for my wedding paper needs and could not have been more thrilled.  Feast your eyes on these.  Thank you, Bianca!  You can visit her at www.littlemisspress.com!

Here are a few of my favorites stationery lovelies floating around the interwebs these days . . .

Wedding yummy.

Rifle Paper.  Isn't the yellow happy?

A Crane classic.

I feel like paper, letterpress, crafts, etcetera are making a comeback.  Or rather, have made a comeback.  Do you adore a vibrant note as much as I do?

Sandy D!

Just spotted Sandra Day O'Connor.  I hope I run into her again!  Maybe next time I'll work up the courage for a chat . . .

Work Travel

My job thus far has involved a fair amount of travel.  In the past two months, I've been to DC, LA, and Boston.  I am headed to Long Beach tomorrow.  I like to think of myself as a fairly able traveler.  Not a light packer, mind you (though I am working on that...).  But, I'm always on the lookout for must-have travel gear.  Do you have a fabulous carry-on bag?  How do you manage to streamline your toiletries so that you don't need to check a bag?  I am looking forward to your thoughts, dear readers!

I just purchased these GoToob travel bottles.  They are BPA free and oh-so-colorful!

Halsea roller duffel.  This screams more Nantucket getaway than serious lawyerly business travel.  But hey, lawyers can be nautical and fun, too!

This would make a great carry-on bag.  New initials!

And finally, a girl's gotta dream.

That's all on my end, folks.  What are your tips?  Looking forward to them!

Our Life The Past Few Months . . .

So sorry for my absence.  Here are some pictures and tidbits from our last few months.  The biggies -- I started a new job.  We have nearly finished decorating the man cave and my home office.  I bought a new car for my long commute.  Mr. Curly Rosen has resumed playing basketball (weekly!) now that the wedding first dance is behind us.  Freddy now sleeps on his "mat" instead of begging to sleep in our bed.  Wheeeee!

Family time in Cabo

We've been walking at Fort Mason/Crissy Field a lot.  Isn't my husband darling?
